If you’re in a bind and looking for one-on-one help, please schedule an appointment with our team. Our Resource Navigators (case managers) will help you find the resources you need to survive and connect you to programs and services that will help you thrive. Not only will you leave with a plan, but you will also have easy-to-follow action steps to remove the stressors and barriers to a thriving life.

The computer lab, food bank, and lunch service do not require appointments. Walk-in appoints may sometimes be available.

WHAT TO BRING
If you are meeting with a resource navigator or seeking financial assistance of any kind, please bring the following items to your appointments. We do not carry cash or guarantee you will qualify for any financial aid. Financial assistance can take up to two weeks or longer to be approved and processed depending on the agencies’ policies, case load, and available funds.
Identification
Copy of Bills, Lease Agreements, W9 (for landlords), etc.
Patience

IDENTIFICATION
State IDs, birth certificates, and social security cards can be applied for in the initial appointment. Bring what you have.

PROOF OF EXPENSE
This could be a copy of a bill, quote/estimate, lease agreement, etc. For rental assistance, the RE:Center requires a completed W9 from a landlord. Any documentation that you may feel is helpful in explaining your case will be considered.

Financial assistance is not guaranteed. We work with several agencies to help you find financial help. We never offer cash or immediate financial assistance.

Although there are several resources available to community members, the struggle is finding and navigating these options. Our team helps individuals navigate the resources, acquire assistance, and develop easy-to-follow, step-by-step action plans for goal completion.

Stop by a for a free cup of coffee from and enjoy a game of checkers in our cafè.
Bring your laptop or tablet and catch up on some work with our free high speed internet.
Take advantage of our computer lab to search for jobs or check your email. We also have a printer, copier, and scanner available for certain approved projects.
We serve emergency meals during all open hours. Free lunch is from 11 am to 1 pm. The RE:center is also a United Food Bank site, so grab a food box!
